Step 5: Onboarding

 Ensure a seamless transition for every new hire into their role, support both the partner and the candidate during the critical first 90 days, and strengthen long-term retention through communication, feedback, and career growth initiatives. 

Step 6: Hiring Candidate

 Finalize the hiring process by confirming acceptance, managing documentation, and ensuring both the candidate and partner are fully aligned and ready for a smooth start.
